I am an enthusiastic property management professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property management and construction management. Prior to starting GNO, I worked as a property manager for one of the top management companies in Atlanta, GA, managing 18 communities, representing approximately 6,000 residents in condominiums, townhomes, and single family homeowner’s associations.  From 1994 to 1999, I was involved in commercial construction and home renovation. With my background in both construction and property management, I am able to assess and meet the needs of an association, whether it is maintenance, capital improvements, or solving property owner disputes.

Mary Ann Moss

I have been in the property management industry for 37 years.  I began my career in commercial property management where I managed over 1,000,000 sq feet.  I took a break from property management to be a stay-at-home mom. After my break was over, I began working for GNO Property management as a residential manager where I have also taken on the role of Property Manager trainer/mentor.

Administrative

LaRae Bowman

Customer Service Manager

I am GNO’s Customer Service Manager, at least that is what my business card says.

I am typically one of the first people you speak with when you contact our office. My primary responsibilities are answering the phones, addressing owner questions and concerns, overseeing the entry systems for our associations and implementation of new associations, but they vary from day to day. The variety in my day is one of the things I like the most. It is like the city I love to call home; my job is a ‘Gumbo.’  Every day brings a new opportunity to learn, because no two owners or situations are the same.

My career experience has helped me to develop the skills I believe make me the perfect fit for this position. I am a process driven administrative professional. I welcome the opportunity to resolve issues, provide needed information or just simply to put your mind at ease.

Since joining the GNO Property Management team in 2022, I have cared about making a difference. With 15 years on the HOA Board of Directors in my own neighborhood, I draw from that knowledge and experience which provides a unique and effective perspective as a property manager, knowing firsthand what residents expect. Coupled with many years of experience in Medical Office Administration, those acquired skills translate well into the detailed nature of managing a high-end community while consistently providing positive and successful outcomes. A resident of the Northshore since 1988, I am dedicated to excellence which leaves owners confident in the management of their community.

Connor McCullar

Property Manager

I have worked for GNO Property Management for over 8 years, starting in the office working on newsletters and website management. I would also spend time reading through all of our Association documents to familiarize myself with how they operate. Eventually, an opportunity arose to take on a more active role in property management and I was stationed in the office at one of my most beloved properties for over 5 years. My career has slowly blossomed into what it is today and I find joy in actively learning new ideas and approaches to tackle our, often chaotic, line of work.

Born and raised in New Orleans. Graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans. Somehow never got out of New Orleans but I can't say I'm upset about that!

When I moved back home after college in South Carolina, I started a Residential Rental company, called HMP, with my childhood friend.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work at GNO for the last year and I have gained a lot of helpful experience in the Property Management Industry. Even though I didn't start with much experience, Robert took a risk on me and gave me the chance to learn in real-world scenarios. I have learned a lot, but there is still a long way to go and I am looking forward to it!
